Field Sales Executive

About the role

PCARDS Business Network Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Sales Executive to expand its presence in Nagpur. The role focuses on generating new B2B business, building lasting customer relationships, and meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow‑ups, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow‑ups, quotations and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute actively to customer acquisition, market expansion and overall business growth.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in field sales, business development or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B, technical, product or solution‑based sales preferred.
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑oriented, proactive and target‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Ability to understand product/technical information and convey its features, benefits and value proposition.
• Valid two‑wheeler and driving licence considered an advantage.
