Field Sales Executive

About the role

Huts4u is a fast‑growing travel‑tech platform that offers flexible hotel bookings, including hourly and full‑day stays. The company is expanding its hotel partner network across Odisha and seeks an energetic, target‑oriented Field Sales Executive to drive hotel onboarding and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential hotel partners through field visits, networking and lead generation.
• Generate qualified leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
• Present Huts4u’s platform, services and partnership benefits to hotel owners and managers.
• Onboard new hotel partners, ensure complete property listings and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Travel regularly across Bhubaneswar and Puri for visits, meetings and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hotel partners and collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of sales, hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent travel between Bhubaneswar and Puri.
• Access to a two‑wheeler, a valid driving licence and a laptop for reporting.
