Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets across Bihar. This is a 100% field‑based role that involves frequent client visits and direct interaction with industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed departmental sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations for industrial air compressors and related solutions.
• Maintain regular sales and financial reporting.
• Ensure stock availability for demonstrations and sales activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve results.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile engineering, or B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry, or any graduation with strong industrial sales experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience selling industrial air compressors.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM software.
