Field Sales Executive – Gurgaon

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive both short‑term and long‑term business opportunities in the Gurgaon sector. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure pest‑control and prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and prospective customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Provide customer feedback to support the service team.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Prepare required reports and assist with debt collection.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA (freshers accepted) with solid sales knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to convey value to clients.
