Field Sales Executive – Fresh Graduate Role

About the role

Ekatraa Assistance Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its on‑site Field Sales team in Bhubaneswar. You will be the face of India’s first AI‑driven event services marketplace, helping local vendors get onboarded to a digital platform that streamlines event planning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard event service providers across multiple categories.
• Explain Ekatraa’s technology, AI recommendations, and business value to potential vendors.
• Complete all required documentation and ensure vendors understand platform processes and quality standards.
• Conduct regular field visits throughout Bhubaneswar and nearby areas to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Collect and update vendor information, pricing, and service details in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, conversions, and follow‑ups.
• Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and business development targets.

Required profile

• Fresh MBA, Management, B.Tech, BBA or any graduate willing to work extensively in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to travel frequently across the city.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Odia, Bangla or any other Indian language is an advantage.
