Field Sales Associate

About the role

Mentors Eduserv is looking for energetic, target‑driven Field Sales Associates to grow its presence in the education sector across Bihar and Jharkhand. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new institutional customers, and maintaining strong relationships with schools, coaching centres and other educational organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking and other sales activities.
• Visit schools, coaching institutes, educational organisations and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Follow up leads, convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, direct sales, customer acquisition or institutional sales.
• Experience in education or EdTech sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Confident, professional and presentable personality.
• Target‑driven, result‑oriented and willing to travel extensively.
• Good knowledge of the local market in Bihar and Jharkhand.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
