Field Recruiter – Rider Hiring

About the role

Licious is seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to lead the hiring of delivery riders for its Mumbai operations. You will work on the ground, building pipelines, engaging candidates, and ensuring smooth onboarding of riders who are essential to the company’s logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Source and hire delivery riders through field recruitment, job portals, referrals, and calling databases.
• Visit critical hiring locations across Mumbai daily to generate quality candidate leads.
• Screen candidates, explain job roles, coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with shortlisted candidates to ensure successful joining and retention.
• Build relationships with local communities, rider networks, and referral partners to increase hiring volumes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
