About the role
The Field Recruiter will lead bulk hiring of delivery partners for a quick‑commerce platform across multiple cities. This role involves on‑the‑ground activities, building local networks, and ensuring a sustainable rider workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard delivery partners through field activities and local networks.
- Resolve delivery partner issues and conduct regular follow‑ups to maintain rider sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase capacity across the state.
- Ensure candidates are fluent in the local language of the city they will serve.
- Maintain a personal two‑wheeler for field mobility.
Required profile
- Fluency in the local language of the target city.
- Ability to work immediately and travel frequently across locations.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
