About the role
We are looking for confident, clear‑speaking female telecallers to join our team in Choolaimedu, Chennai. The role involves handling inbound client calls, explaining project details and supporting the sales team to turn enquiries into on‑site visits. Candidates should be eager to learn and have at least two years of telecalling experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear explanations of our projects and services.
- Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling site visits.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update client information in the system.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth conversion process.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or call‑center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Confident and clear speaking style.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
