F&B and Events Service Expert

About the role

Join a leading hospitality brand as a Food & Beverage and Events Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our Goa location. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring service excellence from setting tables to final bill.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs and dining areas according to standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety protocols.
• Handle menu verification, read and confirm items, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift objects as described.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and adherence to company policies.
