F&B and Events Service Expert

About the role

Join a leading luxury hospitality brand as an F&B and Events Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our Goa location. You will be the front‑line host, ensuring every interaction—from setting tables to serving meals—contributes to a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining areas according to service standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any immediate needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality or food‑service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces.
