Fashion & Product Management Assistant – Remote (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fashion & Product Management Assistant to support our slow‑fashion brand in developing high‑quality leather bags and accessories. The role is fully remote and operates on a freelance basis, allowing you to collaborate with our small, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the product development cycle from initial prototype to final production.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers and monitor progress.
• Prepare briefings and presentations for creative meetings.
• Create and update product documentation and quality‑control (QC) reports.
• Conduct market observation, store checks, and trend research.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for photo and video shoots.
• Perform on‑site QC inspections at factories in India.

Required profile

• Fashion‑related education or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in fashion, leather accessories, design, and materials.
• Creative mindset with personal ideas and awareness of current trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
