Family Physician – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time Role in Vancouver

About the role

WELL Health’s Fraser Medical Clinic is seeking experienced Family Physicians to join a multi‑disciplinary practice in a high‑walkability neighbourhood of Vancouver. The position offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, with the option to include a small walk‑in component and virtual/telehealth services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage appointments in shared exam rooms and coordinate with clinic staff.
• Utilise the clinic’s virtual health platform and telehealth options for remote consultations.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, MOAs, and an office manager to ensure smooth practice operations.
• Participate in optional on‑call arrangements as discussed with the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Physician.
• Willingness to work either full‑time or part‑time in an urban Vancouver setting.
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours and manage personal schedule.
• Interest in integrating virtual care and digital decision‑support tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Profile EMR.
• Experience using virtual health platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven tools such as WELL AI Voice and WELL AI Decision support.
