Fall Protection Specialist – North India

About the role

3M is seeking a Fall Protection Specialist to lead the PSD Fall Protection vertical in North India. The role combines technical expertise with sales leadership to grow the business, support channel partners, and deliver tailored safety solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with ASMs, channel partners and installers to conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate fall‑protection products.
• Develop and drive the operating plan for the North region, aligning with end‑customers, channels and internal teams.
• Perform technical evaluations, presentations and site‑specific solution design for fall‑protection applications.
• Lead end‑customer and key‑account programmes, preparing proposals and managing the sales cycle.
• Serve as the single point of contact for technical clarification across India and liaise with the APAC team for technical discussions.
• Own overall fall‑protection business performance for the North region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8‑10 years of combined experience in fall‑protection solutions and industrial sales.
• Proven ability to independently drive regional business growth.
• Experience conducting site surveys, technical evaluations and customer programmes.
• Strong capability to collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams.
