Facility Manager – Veterinary Hospital

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our veterinary hospital in Domlur, Bengaluru. The role ensures that the building, its systems and services run smoothly, safely and efficiently, supporting uninterrupted animal care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including housekeeping, security, waste and utility management.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety and building codes.
• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical and other building systems.
• Manage vendor contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance and coordinate with external contractors.
• Organise space planning, office moves and refurbishment projects to optimise facility utilisation.
• Develop and monitor the annual facilities budget, track expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Supervise facilities staff, maintain service logs, maintenance records and repair histories.
• Provide timely communication and escalation of issues to hospital management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management within a healthcare or similar environment.
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site six days a week and handle a fast‑paced environment.
