Facilities Executive

About the role

The Facilities Executive is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of all facility services within a hospitality environment. The role ensures that standards of cleanliness, safety, and service continuity are met for guests, VIPs, and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain basic facilities and conduct proactive preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate EHS, ISO, and BCMS compliance, including emergency handling and business continuity planning.
• Arrange consumables and supplies for client and VIP visits.
• Manage pest‑control vendors and oversee housekeeping and pantry equipment operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor and close service tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Inspect all services regularly to verify performance standards and SLA adherence.
• Support the Assistant Facility Manager with administrative, security and vendor‑related tasks.
• Lead shift briefings, communicate daily priorities, and handle staff deployment.
• Oversee vendor invoicing, stock management for soft services, and monthly requirement planning.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Good knowledge of hospitality standards, housekeeping, food & beverage operations, and ISO requirements.
• Awareness of environmental, health and safety (EHS) practices and business continuity management.
• Experience in coordinating vendors and managing facility‑related documentation.
