Executive/Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Executive/Assistant Manager to lead Learning & Development initiatives for Bosch Rexroth India. You will design and deliver training programs on hydraulics and automation for customers, channel partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and implement training courses on hydraulics & automation subjects.
• Improve and sustain an efficient revenue model for third‑party training services.
• Plan, launch, execute, and maintain records for the annual training calendar, covering RFQ generation, quotations, agreements, purchase orders, sales orders, training delivery, payment collection, certification, and documentation.
• Identify, manage, and coordinate internal and external trainer pools for both theoretical and practical learning.
• Support soft‑skill development initiatives as part of the training portfolio.
