Executive - Warehouse

About the role

The Executive – Warehouse will lead Nestlé’s All‑India warehousing network from Bicholim, Goa. You will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, automation and service excellence across all distribution centres while collaborating closely with regional logistics managers and customer‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead All‑India warehousing services, KPIs and cost targets.
• Liaise with Regional Logistics Managers to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure best‑in‑class automation in factories and sales distribution centres.
• Lead productivity, fixed distribution cost, service TAT and complexity reduction across warehouses.
• Drive upstream warehousing cost initiatives and future‑ready set‑ups (COF optimisation).
• Roll‑out fit‑to‑business warehousing strategy and differentiated service models.
• Conduct value‑stream mappings and logistics excellence reviews to unlock medium‑ to long‑term cost and service opportunities.
• Implement the “Customer Fulfillment Center” strategy and create model distribution centres.
• Resolve operational issues, maintain flexibility for ad‑hoc customer requirements and supply‑chain disruptions.
• Manage warehousing budget, negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, transportation and factories to ensure product freshness and avoid bad goods.
• Promote “Titanium” standard warehouses and support LEAN roll‑out across the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale warehousing operations across India.
• Strong track record of delivering cost‑saving initiatives and automation projects.
• Experience conducting value‑stream mapping and logistics excellence reviews.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Excellent collaboration skills with customers, logistics, and production functions.
