About the role

The Executive Testing position is based in the Softline Color Lab in Noida. The role focuses on evaluating and compiling testing reports, particularly for colorfastness, and ensuring that testing follows established protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct testing according to defined protocols, including colorfastness assessments.
  • Prepare detailed testing reports using Microsoft Word and TPD formats.
  • Communicate test results and any logout issues to the manager and technical team.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the reporting manager (N+1).

Required profile

  • BSc or higher, preferably a B.Tech in Textile, or a Diploma/Graduate in Textiles.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in textile testing or a similar laboratory environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals in English.
  • Proficiency with computer applications relevant to testing and reporting.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Word for report creation.
  • Colorfastness testing procedures.
