About the role
KPMG India is seeking an Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead and enhance its recruitment initiatives across the firm’s extensive network of offices. The role will focus on attracting top talent for professional services, ensuring alignment with KPMG’s global standards and local market dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for diverse business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill sets.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and KPMG’s diversity and inclusion policies.
Required profile
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate degree.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within professional services or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of the Indian talent market and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
