Executive – Store Operations (Raw Materials)

About the role

The Executive – Stores will manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and shelf‑life items, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and inventory standards. This role supports uninterrupted production by maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload raw materials, verify quantities, and hand over documentation for GRN processing.
• Update physical stock registers, maintain real‑time accuracy, and store items according to batch, shelf‑life, FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Coordinate sampling, inspection, and approval activities with Quality Control.
• Issue materials to production based on daily/weekly plans and monitor stock levels using Mini‑Max, reorder points, and ABC analysis.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in all store areas.
• Prepare and implement SOPs and OCPs related to material handling.
• Support internal and external audits, conduct regular physical counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor material flow and issue postings in SAP‑MM, ensuring accurate reservations and inventory tracking.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in raw‑material warehouse or material management.
• Diploma or graduation in any specialization.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA material and inventory processes.
• Strong documentation, record‑keeping, and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
