Executive / Senior Executive – Logistics (Cost Analysis & Sustainability)

About the role

The Executive / Senior Executive – Logistics will lead the optimisation of supply‑chain operations for our distribution network. Based in Chennai, the role focuses on cost analysis, budgeting, performance management and embedding sustainability across factory, co‑pack, and distribution centre warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse transportation, warehousing and other logistics costs to identify savings and develop cost‑reduction strategies.
• Prepare logistics cost forecasts, budgeting plans and financial variance analyses for variable and fixed distribution spend, CAPEX and IT procurement.
• Define and track KPIs for distribution performance, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
• Assess supply‑chain risks, design mitigation plans and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Design and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for distribution, set goals, monitor progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain or distribution cost analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and generate clear reports.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices within distribution operations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
