Executive Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and HR business partners in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top‑level talent. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and interview panels to define executive hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of diverse executive candidates.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluate candidate fit against business needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide status updates, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Lead offer negotiations, present executive compensation packages, and close hires.
• Maintain market intelligence and a network of industry contacts.
• Drive special projects and influence leadership on talent strategy.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Strong presentation abilities, especially with PowerPoint.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with HR technology such as Workday.
