Executive - Marketing (Brand Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive – Marketing to lead brand and marketing communication programs for our real‑estate projects in Mumbai. You will shape brand equity, craft immersive experiences, and drive qualified demand through strategic planning and execution of marketing activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategy for corporate brand and individual projects.
• Create media plans, public‑relations, and influencer engagement to boost project visibility.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and translate insights into branding opportunities.
• Design and manage project walkthroughs (sample flats, 3D tours, virtual tours, project films).
• Produce end‑to‑end marketing collaterals: brochures, leaflets, coffee‑table books, video teasers, drone shots, digital creatives, microsites, e‑mailers, social media banners, hoardings, signage, standees, and site décor.
• Collaborate with agencies for immersive site branding, launch experiences, and ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns.
• Track marketing funnel, measure ROI, and report performance via dashboards.
• Plan and execute photo/video shoots, create scripts, voice‑overs, and experiential storytelling.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely production of collaterals and event setups.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing or Communications.
• 0‑2 years of experience in real‑estate, luxury, hospitality or consumer brand marketing.
• Experience handling 360° marketing campaigns and coordinating multiple agencies.
• Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual storytelling.
