Executive - Inventory

About the role

The Executive – Inventory will be responsible for overseeing the complete inventory lifecycle within the warehouse and production environment. This role ensures that stock data is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with procurement and production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
• Monitor and track inward and outward movement of materials across the warehouse and production units.
• Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify slow‑moving, non‑moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures to minimize stock variances.
• Support inventory audits and maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
• Assist in optimizing inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
