Executive – International & MA Tax (Hybrid, Mumbai/Pune)

About the role

The International Tax & Advisory team at Nexdigm is looking for a motivated Executive to support cross‑border tax compliance and advisory services. This hybrid position is based in Mumbai/Pune and offers exposure to a diverse client base across manufacturing, IT and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate income tax returns for Indian and foreign entities.
• Handle monthly TDS calculations, quarterly TDS returns, advance tax, and SFT filings.
• Assist with dividend assignment and issuance of Form 15CB for foreign remittances.
• Provide preliminary advisory on withholding tax, POEM, and PE risk assessments.
• Support inbound and outbound tax advisory projects and FEMA compliance.
• Participate in due‑diligence assignments and UAE tax compliance matters.
• Manage departmental interactions such as rectifications, refund applications, and stay orders.
• Train and mentor junior team members and ensure timely client billing and collections.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 0–2 years of post‑qualification experience in Direct Tax.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
