Executive – Human Resources (Leadership Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, result‑oriented Executive – Human Resources to join our Leadership & Lateral Hiring team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and hiring top talent for critical positions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Recruitment: manage lateral hiring workflows from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Talent Sourcing: use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, headhunting and networking to find top‑tier candidates for specialized and leadership roles.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: build strong relationships and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Market Mapping: research competitors, map talent pools and stay updated on compensation trends.
• Pipeline Management: maintain accurate ATS records and report hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (lateral hiring a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and strong business acumen.
• High ownership, able to handle multiple sourcing streams under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working six days a week on‑site in Gurgaon.
