Executive Housekeeper – Hotel Management

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping department at Ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Reporting to hotel management, you will drive continuous improvement and uphold Accor’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate activity and seek new challenges to improve work performance, demonstrating optimism and quick recovery from setbacks.
• Maintain commercial awareness of market trends, competitive environment and financial aspects such as revenue, costs and profit margins.
• Make sound decisions under pressure, taking calculated risks based on thorough analysis.
• Set clear quality objectives, plan for change, delegate tasks appropriately and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Foster teamwork, monitor staff well‑being and inspire a positive work attitude.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or similar service environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to understand and act on financial data.
• Excellent decision‑making skills, especially in high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to set objectives, plan for change and delegate effectively.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication and motivational abilities.
• Well‑connected within the organisation and capable of building useful relationships.
