Executive Housekeeper – Bengaluru City

About the role

The Hoxton Bengaluru City is launching its first Asian neighbourhood hotel and seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department. You will be responsible for delivering immaculate guest rooms and public areas while shaping a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the brand’s spotless standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a supportive and empowered environment.
• Manage departmental budgets, control expenses and oversee housekeeping stock and orders.
• Maintain and update SOPs, conduct regular training and perform quality checks.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B teams to create a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior housekeeping management within a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to manage costs, inventory and operational budgets.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
