Executive Designer – Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Executive Designer to join the Marketing team of Godrej Chemicals. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality visual communication across digital, print, events, presentations and internal branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital and social media assets for LinkedIn, website banners, digital campaigns, emailers and videos.
• Develop visual materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, brochures, flyers, newsletters and other promotional items.
• Design professional PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, sales enablement, events and product pitches.
• Produce event and exhibition collaterals such as booth panels, standees, posters, invites, backdrops and on‑ground branding graphics.
• Ensure all creatives follow Godrej brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Coordinate with printers, fabricators and external partners to guarantee timely execution of design outputs.
• Support image, video and content creation, including video edits, motion graphics, image editing and layout adaptation.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, brand assets and final artwork versions for future use.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, industrial, chemical, manufacturing or corporate marketing environment.
• Strong PowerPoint design skills.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
