Executive – Design (Strategic Support)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive – Design to provide strategic support to the Group Leader of Bosch Rexroth India. The role combines project leadership with product engineering support, enabling the company to deliver innovative drive and control solutions across mobile, industrial and factory automation sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Group Leader in shaping key initiatives and decision‑making processes.
• Develop and present comprehensive execution plans for projects, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive project execution, monitor timelines, and report progress to senior management.
• Analyse operational data to create systematic procedures that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
• Provide product engineering support for series business to worldwide plants and global sales.
• Create and maintain engineering documents (BOM, material master) using SAP.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product engineering or design support within an industrial or automation context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader organisational goals.
