About the role
The Executive Customer Operations will oversee smooth operation and maintenance of copper and fiber‑optic (FF) access networks in the Jamshoro sub‑division, ensuring rapid fault restoration, network reliability and compliance with quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Copper & FF Access Network.
- Secure and safeguard hand holes, ducts and cables.
- Utilize maintenance teams efficiently to reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Plan and execute network relocation and extensions to meet growing demand.
- Rehabilitate and revamp copper cables for optimal network utilization.
- Ensure successful QA audits and adherence to standards.
Required profile
- B.E. degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication engineering.
- Understanding of fiber and network operations.
- Experience in fault management.
- Awareness of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices.
