About the role
We are looking for an Executive Customer Care professional to join our non‑voice team. In this role you will handle policy‑related requests such as address updates, billing adjustments and policy re‑issuance, primarily through email and online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer requests for personal information changes manually and via online systems.
- Manage address updates, interested‑party modifications, billing inquiries, and policy re‑issuance.
- Provide accurate and timely email support to policyholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and CEF B2‑8 criteria.
Required profile
- Up to 24 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a BPO or insurance environment.
- Graduate degree required.
- Strong written communication skills, especially email composition.
- Ability to work with insurance‑related data and follow procedural standards.
