Executive Assistant to Founder

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of Nap Chief, a fast‑growing kidswear brand. You will support operational and growth initiatives, manage data, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder on operational and growth priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end data management: build and maintain trackers, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Map, analyse and redesign existing processes for efficiency.
• Document processes clearly for easy adoption.
• Implement automation to reduce repetitive tasks in operations, reporting and coordination.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research and workflow design.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, keeping them on track without constant follow‑up.
• Tackle ambiguous problems, define approaches and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in executive support, operations, business coordination or MIS.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables and tracker creation.
• Comfortable working with data, turning numbers into actionable insights.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools.
• Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity in daily work.
• Ownership mindset, bias for action and ability to work independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable and quick to learn new tools.
