Executive / Assistant Manager Product Management – Industrial Hydraulic Valves

About the role

We are looking for an Executive / Assistant Manager to lead Global Product Management for industrial hydraulic valves at Bosch Rexroth India. The role focuses on shaping a market‑driven product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and aligning offerings with customer needs to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product portfolio vision and roadmap for hydraulic on‑off, mechanical pressure, flow and check valves.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product life cycle, from market requirement gathering to launch and post‑launch performance.
• Deliver profitable portfolio performance, monitoring turnover, quantities, target margin and ramp‑up success.
• Provide sales units with clear, attractive product offerings to secure business.
• Translate market requirements into new product concepts that address key buying factors.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1‑5 years of experience in product management, preferably in hydraulics or related industrial sectors.
• Self‑driven, sales‑oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
