About the role
Genpact is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment. The role combines high‑level calendar and travel management with logistical coordination for meetings, client visits, and corporate events.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange video‑conference logistics.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel using Concur, including tickets, visas, insurance, hotel bookings, and expense reimbursements.
- Handle logistical arrangements for workshops, town‑halls, strategy sessions, and corporate lunches, negotiating vendor rates and ensuring approvals.
- Oversee client visit logistics such as badging, transportation, accommodation, and on‑site assistance.
- Maintain relationships with employees, peer groups, and other leaders, providing proactive problem‑solving support.
Required profile
- Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and present information at a senior level.
