EWM Rollout Expert – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The EWM Rollout Expert will join Bosch's supply chain and logistics team to lead the implementation and expansion of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across multiple locations. This is an immediate‑joiner position based in Bangalore, focusing on seamless system rollout and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to design and execute comprehensive rollout plans for SAP EWM.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource needs while aligning with business strategy.
• Work with IT teams to integrate EWM with existing ERP systems.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead change‑management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to guarantee data accuracy and system reliability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Generate progress reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience working with SAP EWM.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering, or IT.
• Proven track record (minimum 3 years) of successful SAP EWM implementations.
