Event Manager

About the role

Raffles Udaipur is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Manager to lead the creation and execution of memorable events on its private island property. You will work closely with clients, internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
• Conduct site inspections, client walkthroughs and planning meetings to capture requirements and secure business.
• Prepare detailed event proposals and documentation, covering specifications, logistics and financial arrangements.
• Manage the full event lifecycle—from pre‑event planning through on‑site coordination to post‑event follow‑up.
• Anticipate client needs and propose innovative, tailored solutions that add value.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure quality delivery and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead coordination meetings with catering, logistics, technical and security teams to confirm operational details.
