Evening Operational Administrator (Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Evening Operational Administrator to support Efret’s logistics operations during the night shift. You will ensure the smooth flow of shipments, monitor live transports, and act as the bridge between day and night teams in a fast‑paced international supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipments in transit and guarantee timely delivery.
• Identify, report and help prevent operational delays.
• Handle customs processes such as GMR, ENS and ELO.
• Liaise with hauliers, drivers and clients across multiple European regions.
• Complete ad‑hoc load bookings and transport orders.
• Generate internal reports and keep system data up to date.
• Log incidents and support escalation of operational risks.
• Carry out administrative tasks to assist the day‑shift team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and transport regulations.
• Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with international stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with quick learning ability.
