Evening Operational Administrator – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Evening Operational Administrator to support Efret’s logistics operations during the night shift. You will monitor live shipments, resolve issues in real time, and ensure a smooth hand‑over between day and night teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipments in transit and guarantee timely delivery.
• Identify, report and help prevent operational delays.
• Handle customs processes such as GMR, ENS and ELO.
• Liaise with hauliers, drivers and clients across multiple European regions.
• Complete ad‑hoc load bookings and transport orders.
• Generate internal reports and keep system data up to date.
• Log incidents and support escalation of operational risks.
• Carry out administrative tasks to assist the day‑shift team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, transport regulations and trucking operations.
• Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with international stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset and confident decision‑making under pressure.
• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Multilingual ability (English plus another European language) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transport Management Systems and tracking tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using supply chain tracking systems.
