Estimator – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Estimator to join our architecture and planning team in Vadodara. You will support the preparation of detailed quantity estimates for residential projects across multiple cities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate quantity estimates covering flooring, countertops, wall tiles, cabinets, bath glass, lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures.
• Prepare pricing requests and manage price data for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Read and interpret architectural, electrical, and other residential drawings.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and ensure expectations are achieved.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to understand project requirements and manage several tasks at once.
• Team‑oriented mindset, ready to assist wherever needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation principles.
