Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company systems and databases.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors as needed.
• Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Review data for completeness and consistency.
• Generate basic reports when required.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Meet daily/weekly data‑entry targets.

Required profile

• Any graduate or intermediate qualification.
• Good typing speed and high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy.
