Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager with a strong product engineering background and deep technical understanding to lead high‑performing engineering teams. This role combines people leadership, product development, technical strategy, architecture, and execution, and requires close partnership with Product and Design to make sound architectural decisions for complex, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams building scalable, reliable, customer‑facing products.
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted software development and AI engineering tools across engineering teams.
• Own engineering delivery for customer‑facing products from discovery through launch and operation.
• Shape technical architecture for modern full‑stack, cloud‑native, and distributed systems.
• Build, lead, and retain high‑performing engineering teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant technical leadership.
• 3+ years of engineering management or equivalent technical leadership.
• Strong experience building and operating customer‑facing products.
• Proven product development background from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
