About the role

Springreen Consultancy’s Engineering Associate Program (EAP) is a structured entry‑level pathway for final‑year engineering students and recent graduates. Over two phases, associates receive technical training, work on internal products and client projects, and develop enterprise‑grade engineering capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive engineering readiness curriculum covering modern software practices.
• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of enterprise web applications and cloud services.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship sessions.
• After readiness, be deployed to internal initiatives or client engagements based on project needs.

Required profile

• Final‑year engineering students or recent graduates (0 years experience).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and programming fundamentals.
• Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to relocate to Salem, Tamil Nadu, if not already based there.
