Engineer IV – Senior Software Developer (Technical Lead)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team as a technical leader and individual contributor. You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid‑level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems.
• Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team.
• Design and implement scalable web applications using modern .NET and Vue.js/React/Angular frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate third‑party services, and deploy solutions on Azure.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and contribute to hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
