Engineer II - Intelligent Automation

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an Engineer II to support and enhance SAP‑based intelligent automation solutions across finance, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, direct‑to‑consumer and master‑data processes. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience with production support, testing and documentation of automation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day production support for SAP automation and AI solutions such as invoice parking, cash application, sales order automation and customer master processes.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, sales and other business teams to gather requirements, document processes and define acceptance criteria.
• Monitor automation runs, queues, APIs and exception dashboards; investigate and resolve routine failures.
• Execute unit, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing; maintain runbooks and support documentation.
• Work with SAP ABAP, BTP, Fiori, workflow and integration teams throughout design, release and post‑release support.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of SAP experience in implementation, enhancement, integration, automation or production support.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP FICO, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay or direct‑to‑consumer processes.
• Experience with SAP automation tools, workflows, APIs and exception‑management solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem‑solving skills; ability to work in a global delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
