About the role

The position offers a varied, meaningful and challenging workday where you will closely follow political decisions and interact directly with farmers in the field. As a communication employee and content producer, you will help shape the organisation's public image and produce relevant material for its audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and disseminate communication material, including articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Monitor political developments affecting agriculture and translate them into clear messages for members.
• Collaborate with farmers and stakeholders to gather stories and insights for content creation.
• Maintain the organisation's communication channels and ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Strong interest in agriculture, rural issues and public policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
