End User Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an End User Support Specialist to deliver onsite technical assistance to our office users. The role covers desktop, laptop, mobile and peripheral support, as well as the upkeep of office IT infrastructure and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, Linux computers, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals.
• Provision, image, deploy, replace and de‑commission IT equipment following lifecycle procedures.
• Maintain network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and smart‑office technologies, including switches, routers, access points and digital signage.
• Perform inventory audits, register and label assets, track warranties, coordinate repairs, disposals and stock replenishment.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and other infrastructure projects, and act as a liaison with remote support teams and third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux environments and a variety of office peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Hands‑on experience with hardware asset management and inventory control processes.
• Strong documentation and customer‑service orientation, able to work independently and coordinate with remote teams.
