End User Computing L2 Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced L2 Engineer to provide end‑user computing support across our enterprise environment. The role focuses on maintaining Windows‑based desktops, virtual applications, and device management solutions while ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 troubleshooting for End User Computing (EUC) incidents, including user access, application delivery, and device performance.
• Administer Active Directory – user provisioning, group policy configuration, and access management.
• Manage Citrix environments for virtual applications and desktops, ensuring optimal performance.
• Configure and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, configuration, and app deployment.
• Support SCCM for software distribution, patch management, imaging, and device lifecycle tasks.
• Handle incident management, service requests, root‑cause analysis, and problem resolution within defined SLAs.
• Maintain endpoint security, compliance, and policy adherence across all managed devices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and service‑desk teams to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Document SOPs, knowledge‑base articles, and environment configurations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in L2 support for enterprise EUC environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
