Employee Service Center Representative

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a part‑time Employee Service Center Representative to support employees, supervisors and managers with HR‑related inquiries. The role blends telework flexibility with regular on‑site presence in Gurugram, ensuring timely resolution of benefits, payroll, retirement and international assignment questions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee HR inquiries or route them to the appropriate department.
• Act as liaison between employees, payroll/benefits teams and external vendors.
• Monitor and respond to group email boxes, faxes and incoming mail.
• Maintain quality standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
• Document cases and communications in the ServiceNow HR ServiceDelivery tracking tool.
• Support additional tasks such as mailings, communication reviews and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 5‑10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to privacy and quality guidelines.
• Willingness to attend the Gurugram office at least three days per week.
